Returned goods must be in undamaged commercial condition, unused (goods not worn, washed, ironed, or torn), clean, without side smells (such as creams, perfumes, or cigarette smoke), and with labels. The goods should be protected from damage during transport and sent to the address without any side smells (such as creams, perfumes, or cigarette smoke), with labels affixed. Before the User can exercise his right to complain and return the relevant product/goods to the Supplier, he should first contact a Store Representative. When presenting the complaint, the User may claim a refund of the amount paid, replacement of the goods with goods corresponding to the agreed terms, a price reduction, or free repairs, in accordance with the conditions and procedures outlined in Art. 133 and 114 of the Civil Code. The user has the right to exchange purchased goods for selected product/s from the store. In the form for exercising the right of refusal, the user must indicate the product(s) against which they wish to exercise the right of refusal. When a customer requests to exchange a product for a more expensive one, giftfromarts.com deducts the amount initially paid for the product(s) and informs the customer of the final surcharge amount. The goods subject to a complaint must be in an undamaged commercial appearance, unused (the goods have not been worn, washed, ironed, or torn), clean, without side odors (such as creams, perfumes, or cigarette smoke), and with tags. The goods should be protected against damage during transport and delivered to the Supplier's address. They must be attached to the shipment: the goods receipt and the form for exercising the right of refusal. For the return to be at the expense of the ELECTRONIC STORE, the User must contact our representative by phone or through the Return and Exchange contact form on the site, who will assess whether the complaint is justified and confirm the return of the product at our expense.
If the User wishes to exchange or return a product, the User may do so via a courier of their choice, except for Bulgarian Post. On-site returns of shipments, made by customers personally to the Supplier's specified address, are not accepted. Only shipments sent by courier are accepted. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the User will be notified by email of the shipment's arrival. When returning a product, the amount due is refunded within 14 days of the return. Goods whose return or complaint cannot be accepted by the Supplier due to failure to meet the above conditions will be sent back to the User at the User's expense. Hosiery, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for return or complaints.
