Returns and refunds

Product exchange or return information.

Online store www.giftfromarts.com gives you the opportunity, if you are not satisfied with the purchased product or if a discrepancy with the terms of the sales contract is found, to replace or return it within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order, in compliance with the provisions of art. 55 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Bulgaria.

According to the law on consumer protection and trade rules, the consumer has the right to a complaint at:

• Deficiencies found;
• Product defects;
• Inconsistency with the declared size;  
• Inconsistency with the declared trademark.

Exchange and return conditions

Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase via email to returns@giftfromarts.com. Users can claim:

• refund of the amount paid;
• replacing the product with a new one.

The customer has the right to return or exchange it, subject to the following conditions:

• Preserved commercial appearance (goods are not torn, scratched, or worn);
• No damage caused by use;
• Retained original packaging, supplies, and accessories, if any were included.
• Acts or other documents establishing the conformity of the goods or service with the agreed terms, and other documents establishing the claim on the basis and amount.

Courier costs for returning goods are at the customer's expense, except in cases where the return is the fault of giftfromarts.com

The refund for the returned product is made by bank transfer within 14 working days of receipt, provided we receive the bank account details (IBAN and account holder) to which the amount is to be transferred. Shipments sent with the "Cash on Delivery" payment method will not be accepted.
